Adoptable Horses

The Fawor Foundation has a network of available horses represented.  Some of the horses available may be represented by reputable rescues or private homes. These horses may have additional requirements and applications.   All the horses represented by the Fawor Foundation are up to date on vaccinations, dentals and farrier care.  Each horse is evaluated for training level and abilities.  We want forever homes for these horses, so a good match is a must!

Goodness

2004 16H Arabian Gelding

Goodness is as nice as his name.  He is off the race track and still recovering from some body soreness from his last career.  However he has been released for light riding and routine exercise.  He enjoys his T-Touch session, chiropractic care and massage therapy.  Goodness has osselets in his front fetlocks.  He will be getting radiographs to help rule out bone fragments or the extent of arthritis in his fetlock joints.

He is on a daily joint supplement and requires his new owner to be willing to provide the same.

Aladdin

1998 16H Arabian Gelding

Very Versatile gelding.  Aladdin has professinal show training but also has been ridden as a trail horse.  He is looking for a home that can give him more time and attention.  This sweet horse has suffered from grass founder this past spring and would benefit from an enviroment that will help control his weight and provide him with more exercise.  He is presently at a good weight is sound and barefoot.

Please help this very tall and hansome guy find the right match, he has tons of heart and great training he has many, many useful years left in him as a fun riding horse!

Tut

Tut

2002 Arabian Gelding

15H

Tut is a very handsome guy.  He came to the Foundation with many aches and pains.  His veternarian exam findings were old broken ribs and fractures in the base of his tail.  He also had severly sharp teeth.  He has had chiropractic work and is in the process of trusting people.  He is being reworked undersaddle but is offering to be a comfortable riding horse.

UPDATE: November 2011

Tuts mass in his chest is a Mast Cell tumor.  He is comfortable hanging out with his pasture mates and enjoys being  groomed.

Max

1997 Half Arabian and Half Saddlebred Gelding

15.2H

What an athlete!!

Max is a big powerful, forward horse.  He was trainined early in life to show in country english pleasure.  He was retired from that career to pursue Endurance riding.  Time seemed to slip by and although Max has competed as a Limited Distance horse it has been some years.  This is a super sensitive gelding that is looking for a rider who will continue to show him some distance riding.

This is a cool horse for anyone looking for a spicy, broke, tall gelding.

Max has NO SOUNDNESS issues!
